Absolutely outstanding! The service at Q Barbecue was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. And the food? Simply to die for! The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, the burnt ends were packed with flavor, the potato taco was a delicious surprise, and the cheesy bacon fries were pure indulgence. Every bite was sublime. We’re so full we’re practically rolling out of here, but we couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to come back!
Made sure we stopped here while travelling from interstate based off the Tiktok vids. So glad we did. Blown away by the food. I honestly can’t fault any item on the platter. All meat cooked to perfection, mac & cheese was so creamy. Kids loved the shakes. Future trips to Melbourne will be planned around Q Barbecue!
I don’t want to tell anyone about this place because I want it all to myself! 5 stars is not enough to justify the smorgasbord of tasty, mouth watering offerings here at Q. Best brisket I’ve ever tasted, hospitality from John (owner?) second-to-none. Will definitely be coming back & bringing friends! Thanks John for an awesome afternoon. Highly recommend Q BBQ
